Izza Farrukh is a Senior Education Specialist for South Asia at the World Bank, focusing on strengthening institutions for service delivery with an emphasis on education equity and quality. Prior to the World Bank, she served as Head of Pakistan at Adam Smith International and worked with Save the Children, RTI International, and the American Institutes for Research. Izza holds a Master’s in Public Policy and Management from SOAS, University of London, and a Bachelor’s in Economics and English from the University of Virginia.
