Mira Sethi is a Pakistani actress and writer whose career spans television, film, and literature. A graduate of Wellesley College, with a year at Oxford, she began her professional journey as a Robert L. Bartley Fellow at The Wall Street Journal before returning to Pakistan to pursue acting. Her acclaimed performances include roles in Silvatein, Dil Banjaara, Chupke Chupke, Paristan, and Kuch Ankahi. In 2021, she published her debut short story collection Are You Enjoying?, praised internationally for its sharp, provocative insights into contemporary Pakistan. A vocal advocate for women’s rights, Sethi uses both her art and public voice to challenge social norms and expand cultural conversations in South Asia.
