Zeeshan Salahuddin

Researcher, Security Analyst, Strategist

Zeeshan Salahuddin is the Director of Strategy, Programs, and Communications at the Center for Research and Security Studies (CRSS) in Islamabad. His research focuses on security studies, particularly religious and political extremism in Pakistan, and its intersections with human rights. Zeeshan oversees the Center’s research portfolio, operations, and project execution, including authoring the annual NAP Tracker, a comprehensive audit of Pakistan’s National Action Plan to counter terrorism and extremism. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Writing, and a master’s degree in Corporate Communications and Strategic Management from Ithaca College, New York. He also contributes to publications such as The Daily Times, The Express Tribune, and Foreign Policy.
